1. Order Cancellation Conditions

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours if they have not yet been shipped.
Orders placed over 48 hours ago or already shipped cannot be cancelled. You may request a return and refund after receiving the item. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for details.

2. Order Cancellation Process

Please contact Selonalti (“we”) by email or phone to request a cancellation and provide your order number, payment proof, and required information.
Requests will be reviewed promptly, and approved cancellations will be refunded accordingly.

3. Refund Process

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment card, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days, subject to bank processing times. Contact us if the refund is not received within this period.
